MAILBOXMUNCHIES

The website is 'stocked' every Friday allowing for orders to be taken all weekend. There is only a limited amount of stock added each week so it's a first come first served basis until it sells out.
After orders have been taken items are then freshly baked at the start of the week and dispatched no later than Wednesday.
Occasionally changes to the schedule may happen and updates can be found on my Instagram page @mailboxmunchies
Stock will be freshly baked and posted as soon as possible after baking.
Most items arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch so generally you would have them to enjoy over the weekend. Tracking is provided by Parcels2go who give the worse case for their estimated delivery date. Most people receive their order Thursday
Once you receive your dispatch notice you know your goods are on the way... orders are currently sent by Evri which is a 2 day service. You will be sent tracking info from Parcel2go so you can keep track of your item.
Delivery is kept to a minimum... on orders under £20 postage and packaging is £3.75 order over £20 its is £4.75 due to the extra weight.
Unfortunatly we don't offer this feature ... It's best just to order on the weekend of the week you require your item.
I'm afraid as a home baker I cannot offer bakes suitable for allergy sufferers.
I am able to offer delicious brownie slabs, mini cookies and giant custom cookies made using only plant based ingredients - see the Vegan section on the shop tab. *** unavavaible during lockdown
Evri do often leave parcels in 'safe' places but this is not guaranteed.
Yes you can, just enter the delivery address you'd like them sent to at the checkout.
If you are sending items to more than one addrsss then each order will need to be placed seperately so that delivery labels can be automatically generated.
Feel free to add a note at the checkout to be included in your gift.
All my bakes are posted out as fresh as possible (most the day after baking) so once you receive them they will last another 5 - 7days. It's best to keep them in the fridge and take them out an hour or two before you'd like to enjoy them so they can return to room temperature. If you don't plan on eating them within this time frame then all the bakes can be frozen to enjoy at a later date.
