Hi.. My name is Jo... a part time baker, but full time self confessed cake addict!! Cake has always been a passion of mine.. eating it and baking it! For a long time I just baked cakes as a hobby… occasionally I made celebration cakes for family and friends. Then, after much encouragement, I decided to take the plunge and see if I could turn it into more than just a hobby… and so ‘MailboxMunchies’ was born. The early concept was simple... I wanted to deliver delicious cake straight through your letterbox and for many years this worked great. More recently I've had to adapt and change and I now also have a 'cake cupboard' on the side of my home in Aston, Sheffield where locals can come and choose their own bakes each weekend.  As  a girl that likes variety, I'm delighted to offer you a different menu each weekend whether you shop on the website or at the cake cupboard.
